You want to get the best results out of your training.  How can you do that?

Eat Clean.



What's that mean?
Stay away from processed foods, fried food, sweets, sugars, junk food, soda, ALCOHOL.  This will only slow you down and make you feel like crap.

Instead, focus on eating real, whole foods:  meat, vegetables, eggs, fruit, fish, nuts, healthy fats.  Shop the perimeter of the grocery store.

Make sure you are getting your carbs!  You are an athlete, you need to eat to fuel your workouts. Sweet potatoes, white potatoes, rice (white and brown!), oatmeal, quinoa, pasta, etc.
