WARM UP 

General movement warm up (pass through, air squats, good mornings, etc)
then:
1 min of assault bike
then:
2-3 rds
48' spiderman lunges
24' straight leg walk (left hand to right arm and vice versa)
24' side lunge each way
Kipping swings
5 Sit Ups

BUY IN

2-4 rds of:
3 Hanging knee raises
10 SU
1 Squat Clean 75/45

go "game" speed here and learn your pace!
if you know you cant hit a heavier weight, sprint to that weight so you get fastest time possible

SKILL

All movement standards...

WOD

"16.2" aka J-Nasty B-day Comp

Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
  25 hanging knee raises
  50 single-unders
  15 squat cleans, 95 / 55 lb.

If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 hanging knee raises
  50 single-unders
  13 squat cleans, 115 / 75 lb.

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 hanging knee raises
  50 single-unders
  11 squat cleans, 135 / 95 lb.

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 hanging knee raises
  50 single-unders
  9 squat cleans, 155 / 115 lb.

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 hanging knee raises
  50 single-unders
  7 squat cleans, 185 / 135 lb.

Stop at 20 minutes.
